About Me

I’ve worn many hats over the past decade of my career, but my passion is helping people to deliver their best. I have written code to support people and customers, and managed teams to deliver critical projects, built scalable processes and procedures, mentored, coached and grown individual contributors. Along the way I have also presented at many well-known open-source conferences around the Asia-Pacific region. I have run live, hands-on technical workshops at these events. I have delivered product training to businesses and groups, both virtually and in-person.

In all of these endeavours, through the values of trust, transparency, and collaboration, I’ve helped elevate team members and driven success in the organisation. I have a background in research and like to take a data‑driven approach to answer questions. I value augmenting human output through automation and AI—working smarter not harder and supplementing over replacing. Above all, I value empathy and understanding in tackling any problem.
